OK! Let's get started with this intro! The important thing to know here is that I'm the one attempting to teach, and that means I teach my style, ok?
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU SHOULD KNOW IS I'M LEFT HANDED AND WILL GIVE LEFT HANDED INSTRUCTIONS. If you're right handed and attempting to use this, reverse the instructions; I know it's difficult learning from instructions given from the other hand.
Every trick I go over, I will have personally done and be at the very least half way decent at it. I will also list the yo-yo I'm doing this trick with, and will give a description of its strengths and weaknesses (in my opinion, of course). If an instruction is not clear, leave a message or PM me about the issue. Also note, I'm not a pro by any means and I am still learning some more difficult tricks (current goal: Yuuki Slack).
I mainly use Yomega brand yo-yos because they are in my price range ($20 or less) and can be found at my local toy store if I get there fast enough on delivery days. To check them out (and see trick videos) use THIS LINK
If anyone uses this for its intended purpose, I hope it works out for you and be persistant: it will not be the easiest thing in the world.
Best of luck!
I intend on eventually adding pictures to help everyone understand what I'm saying.
