This one is a bit difficult to to explain as it involved 3 fingers total and some specific positioning of said fingers. This a good time to remind you that I will respond to any PM sent as I plan on continuing to teach!
Yo-Yo I used: Yomega Crossfire Make sure you choose one that will not snap back up at you, as this one could hit you in the face if it fails
HOW TO PREFORM A SPLIT BOTTOM MOUNT: 1)Throw a hard sleeper; be sure to make this one straight because you need a little bit of time to do this. 2) Push your right pointer finger UP into the string about half way down to make an inverted V shape with the string. 3) Hold out your left pointer finger and curl back your left middle finger. 4) Swing the yo-yo forward and then back to flip it over your left pointer finger. 5) Land the yo-yo on the string furthest to the right to end complete this mount.
IMPORTANT: If you land it on the leftmost string, it seems to have a better chance of coming back at you, so abort instantly if this happens. EDIT! --> I found that if you land it on the left most string, you can drop the string on your left pointer finger to go to a Front Mount!
TO DISMOUNT: Flip the yo-yo off the string and then lower your right hand.
There are many complicated and very very nice looking tricks you can do from this mount, so it'll be worth your time if you want to master it. I can only do one of the many tricks from this mount (Boingy Boingy).
