Another trick quickly associated with the yo-yo. This trick will be another basic element for most tricks to follow.
Yo-Yo I used: N/A If you're using a European style (string is securly attached to axle) yo-yo, this is literally impossible for you; if you're using a yo-yo with a clutch, this will take a bit of practice.
Start by executing a basic throw (See how to do this trick here), but throw it a bit harder making sure you do not let it bounce back up.
Instead of pulling the yo-yo up like you would if you were doing a Gravity Pull, let it stay at the end of the string for a few seconds. Pull it back up before it slows down too much or it will not return to your hand!
Pull the yo-yo up early if your throw is not completly vertical, as your yo-yo will continue to lean over until it spins itself out. "Practice makes perfect", they say...
This trick is one of the most basic elements for almost all of the complicated tricks later on, so master this too! As you get better at throwing, throw harder for longer sleeps.
Good luck! Don't hurt yourself!
