AAAAH, these past couple days have been pretty insane!
I had some eye trouble, in that they hurt a whole bunch in the back of my eyes whenever I moved them, so I had no choice but to head to the DUM DUM DUMMMM Japanese hospital!
... at least it was a good cultural experience.
So anyway, there are no appointments whatsoever, so I had to sit there for three hours or so until someone came by and did a jillion tests to my eyes, including dialating them until they were the size of dimes (and that lasted 5 hours!), but the doctor eventually told me nothing was wrong, and that it was just strain. Figures.
Total cost w/o insurance: $100 not so bad.
So im back at work and ready to go interview the locals with the radio crew. I'll write later how that goes and what I did today.
Hopefully I can stay hospital free for the rest of my trip! hahah
