"Hey! Guys! Wait up," I called out to my friends. "Alexander! If we waited for you any longer, Aqua would be pissed off at all of us," yelled Chris. "Besides, you know she's scarier than me when she's angry!" "Alright! Alright! I'll hurry up!" "You had better," called Ruby. "You know I don't like being late, and if I am, you'll be the one in trouble!" "Trouble? What trouble," asked Eric. "We've got all the time in the world to make it over to Aqua's house, and we'll be graduating from high school in a couple of months." "YOU AIR HEAD!!!! We have a lot to do in that amount of time," Ruby yelled at him. "and on top of that, when we're called over to Aqua's house, you can never be late! She'll rip of your head if you are!" "Well, if that's the case, we had better keep walking in the direction of her house," Terra said calmly. "We'll be there soon."
My name is Alexander, and these are my friends: Ruby, Chris, Eric, and Terra. Aqua is the sixth member of our group, and we've been called over to her house. The thing is, you can never be late when she calls you over. The last time I was late, she went on and on about what she was talking about with a patronizing tone in her voice, and she had a frying pan in her hand at the time. But, she always did that, because she was constantly planning ahead. And, she always wears a dark blue ribbon in her hair.
"HEY! Quit staring off into space, already," yelled Chris.
Chris, the big tough guy on campus. How we became friends with him is something I'm still thinking about. I don't think I've ever met another person with as many demerits, suspensions, and black leather jackets in my life. Every now and then, he'll pick a fight with me. It's really too bad that every time he does, I make sure that neither one of us gets hurt. So, he quits out of frustration, and takes it out on the next thing he sees.
"Come on! We're going to be late," Ruby called out.
Ruby, one of the most well known and out going people I've ever known. Her hobbies include shopping, dance, and making great first impressions. We made friends with her when we were working on a project for calculus, but she's not as good with numbers as Aqua is. Come to think of it, she's the only person I know that has vibrant red hair.
"Alexander! Take your time it's okay," Eric called out.
Eric, he is the one person in our group that likes to have a good time all the time. He has always got us to play a game of baseball, or a new video game he got, and even take martial arts lessons at a center that teaches several different styles. Eric has always been very quick in a debate, although he hardly makes sense when he does that. He wears a jade ring on his right index finger, and he claims it gives him good luck.
"Eric, you know that we don't have that much time," Terra said nonchalantly.
Terra, the strong and quiet person in our team. She's taken some of the most fiercest training there is in martial arts and school. Believe it or not, she's very reliable, and only voices whether she can do a task or not. She has brilliant blonde hair, but if you think that blondes are dumb, you've picked the wrong person to call dumb. She's actually fifth in the class, and anyone who pulls that joke on her usually gets beaten up by one of us.
"Okay guys. I'll pick up the pace," I called to them. Once again, I'm Alexander. I'm always trying to do the right thing without breaking any rules, although my friends think it's strange that I've never done anything outside my parents word. They think I act a little too perfect. I don't have anything that I wear as a constant color, except for my silver necklace. Although, it's missing the gem that goes right in the center of it, but I've never even seen the gem before.
