• Chapter 1 Cloud

    It was a soft quite day when everything was just like the others day. The sun was out; I looked down and was looking for my shadow to walk beside me. I feel like I’m the only one on this planet. Then I remember that I was to meet my friends Rose and Lilly by the big old tree on the out skirts of town.
    I notice that they weren’t there, so I decided to sit by the big tree and wait for them. I fell into a deep sleep. "WAKE UP ARE YOU DEAD" said Lilly as she was pushing me. I open my eyes; I saw Lilly bright red hair. I looked up at her light blue eyes. "Finally your up, I been tried to wake you up for five minutes now. What where you dreaming about?"
    "Really wow I didn't know that I was that out. I don't know what I was dream about. All I remember was I was very sad about something, and someone was going to kill me, which is strange because,” as my voice trail off. I was looking around then I notice that Rose wasn’t there. “Do you know where Rose is at?”
    "Rose is off somewhere I bet you she is in town waiting to see the princess, the prince should arrive today. Everyone said that the prince is going to ask the hand of the princess today when he comes in today, that should be something. I wish that I was the princess so I can marry the prince."
    "Why do you want to marry the prince all you get is more power. If the princess accepts to marry him, now she will become the queen. I mean who want that power in the first place? Let's go find Rose." I said with sadness in my voice.
    So I got up, we started walk to the town. The town is big, it ruled by the king. The queen died when she had her baby girl. Now she is the princess. The houses were a medium they have three bedroom and two bath rooms.
    I was thinking about what Lilly had said to me, about the prince going to ask the princess to marry him. The prince is really hot every girl wishes that she his wife. We finally got to town. “Ah there you two are." said Rose as she was coming up behind us. Rose has brown hair and green eyes. "Well I think I’m going home now." I said to Lilly and Rose. "Aw why are you going so soon you could have waited until the princess and prince arrive? I love the princess is so nice to everyone even to her severs and she is never mad. To bad that she can’t come out of the palace walls. Have you ever notice that the princess eyes are two different color?" Said Rose
    "No, the princess eyes aren’t two different colors you’re making that up." Said Lilly
    "I'm not joking that the princess eyes are two different colors of her eyes are, left one is blue, and the right one is green. Uh, Lune that the princess has two different color eyes like you do."
    "Yea I guess so; I really don't pay any attentions to that. Princess Violet should be coming out so, bye." I said and then I turn and ran as fast I could, I went around the back way to the palace.
    “Well, well want do we have here, a princess trying to get in the palace walls. Now this is a sight to see.” Said a man that was walking behind me. I turn around and looked at him. He had black hair and was wearing a black cape on him, covering up his other clothes. His face was pale. “I’m not the princess, I’m a sever girl that works in the palace. I did some...” he put up his hand to stop me from speaking “do you think that I’m stupid Princess Violet or Luna which name do you prefer?” He said, as his eyes look down at me.
    “No I don’t think your stupid, I think your metal I mean I’m the sever girl that work FOR Princess Violet, My name is Luna” I said as I look back into his eyes then I saw that he got really angry,
    “I must warn you that if you make the speech today Princess Violet, you will have a curse on you and you would lose your shadow.” He said with an evil smile on his face.
    “Very well, how did you know that I’m the princess? The reason that I’m not out there is because I’m here talking to you now, like you said I need to make a speech for my people” I said scared for my life. I was wondering how he knew. “I’m known that you are the princess for several facts. But I’m not going to tell you. Now let’s get down to business, you have something that I need.”
    “Well I don’t do business with someone that I don’t know, and I don’t have anything that you need.” I said that as he was pushing my patience to the limit.
    “Ok, my name is Cloud and if I didn’t tell you want I needed you won’t know what I need, and I know that you have the map to take you to the place of the dragon and the unicorns live. I know that you know how to get there because you where there before.”
    “The land in to the Prophesized Land that is only a myth no one been there before. Now if you please move I need to make my speech.” I was walking around him, I hear a big cracked sound, but when I turn around all there was smoke.
    I was thinking to myself, why did he want to go the Prophesized Land? I went into the palace; I put on my purple gown. I exit my bedroom I saw my father coming up the hall way, “ready to make the speech daughter?” He asked.
    “Yes, I am ready now.” I said, as we walked together, going to the front door. When I got there I open the door, there where a ton of people I herd some of them saying “Shhh, be quite there is Princess Violet” I took one step forward then I began my speech.
    “Hello everyone and thank-you for coming today, I am sorry to have kept you waiting for so long I was delayed.” I look in the crowd when I saw Cloud standing there. He nods his head telling me to continue my speech. “I believed that we have a good year this year that our crops were prosper I do believed that next year will be good again, thank-you for your time.” I turn around and went into the palace. I look down and I notice that my shadow was gone. I enter the front doors of the palace.
    It was about two hours when I herd someone talking down stairs, I went to see who it was, I saw a tall man red hair with brown eyes, he looked at me and he smile I knew it was the Prince. I smile that back and went into my room.
    That night I lay wake I was remembering how I met Rose and Lilly. It was just like always I sneak out side the palaces walls, when I ran into Rose and Lilly who got in trouble for stealing some bread. I told the guard that I would pay him back. So I did, Rose and Lilly were grateful, they ask what my name was so I made one up I said that my name is Luna. I never told them that I was the princess.
    They always said that I was Princess Violet twin, I always said no; for I felt guilty tell them the lie. They told me where they lived there parents were famers. They had a small house and live on the out skirts of the town. They get paid from crops and in turn get silver coins. They don’t complain because they just have enough money to fill them up. The town was nice town the closer you got to the place the more where the rich people stay. I usually meet them by a big oak tree; we guess that tree was about ninety years old. Then we would go into town and see what’s new or just buy stuff from the market, but I hardly go to the market place. Then we would sit down and talk about ours life.

    Chapter 2 Prophesized Land

    Next morning I got on my blue gown, I enter the hall when my teacher asks me “Are you ready to begin our lesson for today?”
    “Yes, want are we learning today?”
    “The myth of The Prophesized Land.”
    “Aw, not that again I know the story.” I said with a known felling of disappointment. I follow her into the study hall where she teaches me. It a white room with a brown table and bookshelf’s full of pages that reek of knowledge, I sat down in a big red chair, and she sat across from me in a small wooden rocking chair with a widow right behind her. So she began with her story.
    “There is a land where the unicorns’, dragon, wizards’, witches sorcerer's and even mortal all used to in harmony. Until King Argus deiced that the land should only be rule with one king. That he should ruled all of the land. Well the others didn’t take this news so well. So they have deicide to make a portal to a different land where he and all mortals can live, so they did just that. After the years went by, the dragon mentions that one of them should check up on the mortals and see how well they lived. So one of the wizards deiced that he should go and check on them. He open the portal and he step through to find a town of people in it. He was walking around the town when a girl bumped into him. When she said the wand that he was hold; she realized that he was a wizard. She had herd about the other and wanted to go back there. After he seen that she was sad and depress. He deiced to give her a map on how to get there. “Now you must keep this safe and let no one know that you have it, I also put a spell on it so only you and your children that want to find it can read the map” He said to her, then he turn a left into a portal. She ran after him and into the portal. She ended up in a forest, when the wizard look back he was shocked to see here. “What are you doing here?” He asked her in a shock face, “I didn’t want to wait” she as she was saying when all she knew that there were flames around here, she saw that the wizard had pull out his wand and put some typed of shield around them. She herd a loud crack and the shield had disappear. “RUN!” Said the wizard as he grab her hand, they were running fast, she had no idea where she is going after ten minutes of running they stop by a pool of water. “What just happen what was that crack sound that I herd” She said painting it out, he look down and said “that sound that you herd well it was my wand that broke now I’m powerless and that means that I can’t protect you. You need to go see the Queen of the Unicorns she will know what to do, but be careful of the Dragons, you need to go south from here for two day when you hit the meadows go east about a day there you will see here. I can’t come with you if I do they will follow us, I have to stay here now go your wasting time.” He said with a sad voice, She did what he told her to do after three days she was almost to the meadows when she herd a sound of to the west, without thinking she followed the sound, when she got there she saw a unicorn it was badly hurt, there was an arrow in the unicorn should, she pulled out the arrow and the wound was started to heal. “Thank-you “said the unicorn, when the unicorn looks at her carefully she said “I’m the queen unicorn, thank you for saving my life. I know why you’re here but you need to back where you’re from, for saving my life I will granted you the power that the unicorns have, use this power wisely,” she said as she touch her horn on to her, the next thing she remember was back at her town.”
    I looked up at her; I notice that she had an old paper. She handed it to me. “I don’t what to find it why me, can you read it?” I ask her, in a shocked voice that I now realized where that map goes to.
    “I think that it is time for you to embark on your journey. You’re the only one that can read the map so you’re the one to go through the portal, and you will have companies while you make your journey now hurry up, now when you make your speech tell everyone that you are going on a trip.” She said, so I got out of my chair. I felt that my mind was going to blow up. When I realized that I just got to the front door. I took a deep breath. I open the doors and I then I step out. I stared into the crowed, I look for Cloud but he was not there. I began my speech “Welcome, I have some news I’m going on a trip and I don’t know if I well come back again. I hope next year we have good crops like we did this year. Thank-You, Good bye” I turn and I was walking into the palace as fast as I could go with out running.
    I went to my room I was packing my bag up when my father came in “so when were you planning this, so called trip of yours?”
    “Does is matter, in fact I’m going if you like it or not I have decided it and nothing you can do to change my mind.” I said with the slightest anger in my voice. I loved my father but he could not know.
    “Where are you going? What about the prince who came all this way to see you, are you going to accept his hand?” Pushing the subject, trying as always to get his way.
    “I’m going to a far place, and no I don’t love him you can’t force me to marry him, now I think I’m ready.” Trying to make sure that there was no way he could convince me to change my mind.
    “I don’t think I can talk you out of this, but I really don’t think that is a good idea. I expect that you want me to tell him that you don’t love him; and I expect that you would need some horses, where you’re going.” He said worrying but accepting the fact that I am old enough.
    “Yes, I’m going to take Shadow and Sun.” I just got done packing as I got up I put the pack on one of my shoulder. I walk past my father I was heading out the back door to the stables. I avoided the prince who was probably angry at me but I could care less. I got Shadow and Sun, Sun is a bay Mare, Shadow is a black stallion, I got on top on Shadow I got the bridle and I was leading Sun out the gate. I made the horses start out on a gallop. It been one hour when I left the town I was going to make them run when I got far enough from the palace.
    I turn behind me and I saw Lilly ridding hard so I stop, then notice that there was a big troll after her, I started running my horse, she ran her horse next to mine, “What did you do?” I asked her “I don’t know all I did is throw a rock at it, and it just start chasing me, I got on my horse and ran.” She said with fear in her voice I look back at the troll it was gaining on us. “Why did you throw the rock in the first place” I said with anger in my voice, next thing I notice I felt really hot then I look back, I saw a great wall of firer, I stop my horse Lilly did the same then I notice that he went through the fire. “Wow, to go though the fire like that and not be burn to ashes now that what I called immortal.” Lilly said with a proud smile on her face. Then the next thing happen the troll turn around all I could make out that there was a white horse coming closer toward the troll. What an idiot I was thinking to myself when I saw that it was Cloud the troll just stood there. I saw that Cloud had a bow he was putting the arrow in when the troll swung his hand trying to hit the horse. The horse moved automatically to avoid the troll’s hand. He shot the arrow it hit the neck. After about the fifth arrow that he put in the trolls neck I could see that his horse was getting tried.
    “Why isn’t this thing dead yet.” I yelled then out of nowhere the was a flash of lighting, the troll drop. He pulled his horse next to my.” Nice work on that fire, but, don’t you know that trolls are immune to fire. Good job on the lighting, now I would like to go with you.” Cloud said,
    “Yes, why do you want to go there so badly?” I ask him. I was wondering if I could trust him. “Come now, you still haven’t figured it out yet. The reason I want to go there is to live. Yes, I was there before until I got push from there and ending up in this world. I was looking for my whole life trying to get back there. I hope that the queen unicorn is still alive. So are you going to take me?”
    “Queen what? Never mind do I have the chose if I want to or not?”
    “No, not really” Cloud said with a smirk on his face.
    “Hey I thing he knows something that we don’t” Lilly said with a glared at Cloud. Both Cloud and I look at her then I look at Cloud, “You know, you could take the curse off me now” I said with irritation in my voice.
    “Why do I want to do that?” He started to walk his horse. So then I deiced that to do the same thing. It was sunset when Cloud said “Those trees over there, they will give us some protection and it would be a good place to start a fire. You did bring food with you didn’t you?”
    “I did bring food with me but I didn’t say you could eat it. Do you think that I would leave and not bring food with me, I brought three loaves of bread?”
    “Yea, Luna is just nice enough just to come along, ha not bring food with her, Luna you shouldn’t feed him.” Lilly said with hungry in her voice.
    “You’re joking right; please tell me that you’re joking.” Cloud said raising one of his eyes browse.
    “No, I figure that we can survive on bread for at least six days, well I was just planning on just being me. Plus I can eat bread all day long.” I said with a proud grin on my face. We have gotten down from our horses.
    “I know that I can eat bread all day long to, in fact I don’t need to eat at all.” Lilly said has she been defending me. I was ready to hit her on the side of her arm.
    “I will tell you something Princess Violet you haven’t been camping before or out of your palace; because no one can LIVE on just eating bread! You need meat; and for you Lilly, I suggest that you don’t eat like you said. Since I brought my bow and arrows I’m going hunting tomorrow. That will delay us for a least a day. Any way you have to figure out where is the portal to get in The Prophesized Land.” He said while I sliced him bread. I got my sleeping bag out, I look at Lilly I could tell that she was not happy. “Hey, Luna why did Cloud call you Princess earlier?” Lilly said with curiosity in her voice, “because I’m am the princess.” I said as I was fallen asleep. I close my eye.
