Thanks for your comments, guys, it means a lot. <3 There hasn't been any change, as far as I can tell. He's getting really tired a lot, though, and sometimes has trouble staying up to see me. ;.; The doctors say that the incubation period for his pneumonia is usually around four weeks, and they don't know if his immune system can stand up to that. All I can say is that they'd better find a solution to this soon. ><; I'm trying to keep you guys posted, but I wonder if it's even worth it.

	he is in my thoughts always. the updates are very much appreciated. he is just... one of those people that... even if you never meet them in person, you know that they are good and wonderful. you are both in my heart and mind.

	It is worth it. I can't say that I know Derek very well, but I am very concerned for him. Thank you for keeping us posted and my best wishes go out to Derek, his family and friends, and to you.
